The anchovy workshop Maisor, located in Getaria, gives the visitors the opportunity to have a closer look at history and learn the traditional techniques of canning anchovies.
In this workshop you will learn how to can anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea in the traditional local way. You can also see the process of manually filleting the anchovies and have a tasting of anchovies and other local Cantabrian products.
