Walking through a forest of Sequoias
With this activity you will know the history of the Natural Monument of the Sequoias of the Mount Cabezón. The origin of this monument dates from the 1940s when more than 800 redwoods were planted to provide timber to the local industry.
The result is spectacular, a dense forest of redwoods, some up to 36 metres high, and a path that allows a pleasant walk at any time of the year. The forest was declared a Natural Monument in 2003.
The route lasts approximately one hour.
